A teacher arrives at a humble school in the outskirts of Buenos Aires to take on a substitute position. There, he meets Sofía, a gifted 7-year-old girl. The teacher quickly realizes that Sofía might be a case of lost talent in that environment and decides to help her. He will face many obstacles in an unprepared society and embark on a heroic struggle to achieve his goal: ensuring that Sofía’s intelligence does not go to waste.
